Read Instructions Before Use:
Insturctions:
Always Fill Flavor Ring( drip pan) with at least 1/2 cup of liquid never use this product without liquid.
Caution: Your stovetop grill can get extremely hot. Keep away from children when in use and always let cool before touching with bare hands.

How to use:
Electric coil stove: Use your stove top grill over the small coil only- Do not use over large coil.
Preheat on electric stove medium high and cook food on heat settings medium through medium high.
Gas stove: place your stove top grill in a stable position on your burner grate so as to allow the flame to be positioned in the center of the grill.
Preheat on gas stove medium and cook food on heat settings medium low through medium.
Flat surface Stove: place stove top grill over the small heating elements only-do not place over large heating elements.
Preheat flat surface  stove on medium high and cook food on heat settings medium through medium high. Never use stove top grill on high heat on any flat surface stove ( Glass or ceramic)
Conventional Oven:
Place stove top grill on center rack in conventional oven. DO not use heat over 400 degrees.
Outdoor Grill:
Place food on top of grill grate. Use Stove Top Grill for food such as fish, shrimp or other delicate food that may otherwise fall through the grate. Do not use over an open flame.
Flavor ring (drip pan) liquids: For extra flavor, you can use juice, wine, beer, etc in the flavor ring instead of water.

COOKING SUGGESTIONS:
Temperatures can vary from one stove to other. Your food is cooking best when you hear it sizzle. You may have to adjust the temperature slightly to reach the sizzle point.
Periodically check the water/liquid level in the flavor ring. Some evaporation will occur while cooking and should this get low, add more liquid.
Although your stove top grill is made with high quality non stick surface, it is recommended to use a small dab of oil or non stick spray for easy clean up.
Clean up : wash with warm soapy water with a sponge or place in a dishwasher.
Never use an abrasive pad on this product.
