1. How does it work?
Smooth Away works by applying the product on your skin in gentle circular motions (clockwise and counter-clockwise). This buffs away unwanted hair and exfoliates dead skin cells at the same time revealing smooth healthy skin.

2. How quickly does the hair grow back?
This depends on your hair growth (i.e. coarseness, amount, etc.). As you continue to use Smooth Away to buff away your hair, it will grow back less each time.

3. Is it painful?
Smooth Away is a painless and safe hair removal system. There is no component of Smooth Away that can nick or cut your skin or cause any pain.

4. Can I use it every day?
Smooth Away can be used every day - just remember to use a gentle touch in clockwise and counter-clockwise motions.

5. How long does a pad last?
This will depend on the amount and coarseness of the hair. On average, one pad will last long enough to use on a woman’s legs twice before needing to be replaced.

6. How long does the hair have to be?
It is recommended that you use Smooth Away on shorter hair, although it also works on regular and long hair. If the hair is on the longer side, first time trimming is recommended.

7. Will hair grow back thicker on my face?
No the hair will not grow back thicker. After continued use, less hair will grow back and it will be thinner than previous hair.

Warnings:

Important: Do not use on the head or on male beards. Do not use Smooth Away if you suffer from a skin condition, sunburn, open wounds, or have diabetes. If you have any questions about this product's suitability for you, consult your physician.

Other warnings/tips:

Important: Before using on face and or sensitive areas, use on a small area of skin and wait 24 hours. If no irritation occurs, follow directions for complete hair removal. If irritation occurs, discontinue use in that area. If not used as instructed, skin irritation may occur.

Tip: Slight redness is normal after use on sensitive areas when using hair removal products. If skin appears red or irritated after hair removal, wash the treated area with cold water then apply a milk-soaked cotton ball to the skin for a couple of minutes. This will reduce the redness and irritation. If excessive redness occurs, discontinue use. If irritation persists, consult a physician.

Caution: Excessive rubbing or pressure when removing hair may cause abrasions/irritation to the skin.

Note: You may notice that skin appears whitish or grey in color, this is normal due to exfoliated dead skin cells and will disappear once moisturizer is applied.
